This experience led me to establish The Perfect Pair Agency, a trusted resource dedicated to connecting families with exceptional nannies and sitters.

As a proud Army veteran, service and dedication have always been at the core of everything I do. Beyond providing childcare solutions, my mission is to be a pillar in the nanny industry—advocating for fair wages, professionalism, and ongoing education for caregivers.
