Once a caregiver accepts your request, you’ll receive a confirmation. Your sitter or nanny will arrive fully prepared to provide exceptional care.

Last-Minute Booking Fee: $40 if booked <24 hrs

One-Time Registration Fee: $199 for all membership tiers.
📌 Memberships are month-to-month with no contracts and billed on a 30-day cycle from your signup date.
📌 Sits must be at least 3 hours long. If a sit is shorter, the sitter will still be compensated for the full 3 hours.
📌 Some locations may have additional travel fees, which will be paid directly to the sitter.

At The Perfect Pair Agency, we are committed to providing safe, professional, and highly trained childcare providers. Every nanny and sitter in our network meets the following requirements:

✔️ Have previous childcare experience
✔️ Pass a national background and driving record check
✔️ Hold current CPR & First Aid certification
✔️ Complete a face-to-face interview with our team
✔️ Attend an orientation & training session to meet our agency’s high standards
The Perfect Pair ProdigieS
(16-17 Year Old Sitters)
For families looking for an affordable, trusted option for occasional care, we offer a select group of sitters aged 16-17 who have been trained and mentored under our professional caregivers. These Perfect Pair Prodigies are ideal for parents needing a mother’s helper, date-night sitter, or extra set of hands!
Sitter Pay & Hourly Rates
Our sitters and nannies are paid directly by families immediately after each sit via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or another agreed-upon method.
Perfect Pair ProdigieS
(16-17 yrs old)
$15+/hour
Standard Sitter
(18+ years old)
$20+/hour
📌 Rates vary based on experience, duties, and number of children.
📌 Sitters and nannies are there for childcare only—please do not request household tasks outside of child-related duties.

Additional Sitter Fees
These additional fees apply in special circumstances and are paid directly to the sitter at the end of each sit.

For safety and quality care, our maximum ratio is 5 children per sitter. If you have more than 5 children, an additional sitter is required.

If a sit extends more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time, the hourly rate increases to 1.5x the standard rate.

If your sitter transports your children in their personal vehicle, a reimbursement of $0.65 per mile is required.

$125 flat rate while children are sleeping. Standard hourly rate applies when children are awake.

For the health and safety of our sitters and their families, we do not provide care for sick children. If your child has symptoms of illness, please reschedule or cancel your sit until they are well.

Who Can Apply?
We are looking for responsible, caring, and reliable individuals who meet the following requirements:

Must be 16 or 17 years old
✔️ Have reliable transportation (driver’s license preferred but not required)
✔️ Previous childcare experience (babysitting, camp counseling, tutoring, etc.)
✔️ Pass a background check & reference verification
✔️ CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

✔️ Have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
✔️ Minimum 1+ year of childcare experience (nannying, babysitting, daycare, etc.)
✔️ Pass a comprehensive background check & driving record screening
✔️ CPR & First Aid Certified

✔️ Keep your availability updated in our system at all times.
✔️ Respond to sit requests within 24 hours of receiving them.
✔️ Send a friendly “Hello” text to families 1-2 days before a scheduled sit.
✔️ Arrive on time & be fully present – No excessive phone use while working.
✔️ Engage with the children – Plan activities, assist with routines, and ensure a safe, fun environment.
